COVID Protocol

We continue to follow Covid-19 protocol to protect our patients, staff members and their families. We have instituted the following safety protocol which will be in effect until further notice.

• We continue to follow the updated CDC policies for medical office.
• If you have tested positive for COVID in the past 14 days – please call our office for alternative arrangements.
• We require all patients to wear mask to protect each other.
• Only one patient will be in the waiting room and no family member is allowed.

BEFORE YOU COME

Please call our office to explain the reasons for your visit. We will guide you on appointment protocol or if it is COVID related queries, we will address appropriately.

ON YOUR DAY OF VISIT

We are working to make our office safe environment for all of us. We have instituted following changes and we look forward to your support.

• DO NOT bring any additional family member in the waiting room (except elderly needing assistance).

OUR CLEANING PROCESS

• Daily Instrument disinfection.
• Thorough surface cleaning and exam room sanitizing between patients.
• Use of PPE inside the office for both staff and physician.

Finally, if you are hesitant visiting office but would like to see a doctor, EMA is offering virtual/telehealth visits for those patients. EMA doctors will be able to discuss your symptoms and determine the most appropriate treatment plan, including recommending an in-office visit when necessary.
