COVID Vaccines

Edison Medical Associates recently started getting vaccines and have started vaccinating both the unvaccinated and patients requiring booster shots.

WE HAVE THE FOLLOWING VACCINES:

Pfizer and Moderna

WE DO THE FOLLOWING VACCINATION:

• First shot of either of the two vaccines.
• Second shot after CDC recommended gap between first and second shot.
• Booster shot of your choice after CDC recommended gap of six (6) months or higher.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:

• Our existing patients can combine their office visit with vaccination, on days we vaccinate patients.
• You need not be a patient of EMA to receive vaccination in our office.
• Vaccination in our office does not create a patient-doctor relationship and you continue to be cared by your existing physician.
